Chef Kaleb has been around the country working at fun new restaurants. After graduating from Fayetteville Manlius highschool, Kaleb went to Johnson and Wales university for culinary arts. At school Kaleb spent time working in local restaurants and fell in love with the late night kitchen scene in Providence RI. After school Kaleb worked in fine dining restaurants like Husk in Nashville TN and Castagna in Portland OR. Through traveling and living in different cities Kaleb has sharpened his skill to make creative food and increased his love for late night food.
